We source our specialty-grade beans from high-elevation estates where the cherries develop a dense, resilient structure. Our roasting process is a disciplined "Match-Day" craft utilizing small-batch thermal mapping to eliminate the bitter "char" of industrial coffee while unlocking clean, vibrant notes of dark cacao, toasted almond, and stone fruit.
